An individual aged 23 from Southampton received a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for one year, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.

He added: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also put themselves and uninvolved individuals at danger of serious injury.”
He finished: “We will continue to prosecute these individuals and I trust these latest incidents act as a caution: you will face consequences.”
