It's a challenge for Australia to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have long been mastered.

This is the team that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, plus another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, those for the peak baggers, are the only things left for a team that has accomplished all there is.

It needed until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the past 50 years.

"The possibility to take the field and engage in competition with her and merely enjoy the moment in that aspect, somewhat inspired me," stated Healy.

She reached fifty in 35 pitches - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her hundred in 84 as she attacked short-pitched balls, scoring 21 fours and three big hits.

Once she was out the team needed 66 additional runs at one run per ball - an achievable target now demanding an easy conclusion.

"To chase 330 is unfamiliar ground so I am glad we have the confidence to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Ideally we won't need to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can achieve it."

These statements will be the last rival teams at this World Cup should hear.

During the last week a feeling they will win from any position has become more firm - this success following success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite sitting at 76-7 at one stage.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before an encounter with old rivals England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final berth may well be secure.

It was at that stage they exited the previous year's T20 World Cup in a shock defeat by South Africa - a game Healy couldn't play because of damaged tissue in her foot as she led her country for the inaugural occasion at a significant event.

Such is her determination, she later said she wanted to have participated with the discomfort.

But while she subsequently acknowledged those physical issues have postponed thoughts of retirement, this World Cup is expected to be her final tournament as skipper in 50-over cricket and she is still to achieve a world championship as leader.

Victory in India would lead her to the peak of her final mountain.
